If you are anything like me, you have tried almost every meal delivery kit available. They are so EXPENSIVE and sometimes you feel like you're not even getting the most bang for your buck. I discovered EveryPlate which is the most affordable meal delivery kit on the market today. It comes with everything you need to make a delicious meal in about 30 minutes. Fresh, pre-measured ingredients all in an insulated box complete with recipe cards.

This meal plan is $4.99 per meal. I receive three meals with two servings each for $29.94 plus $8.99 shipping. That meals your weekly meal plan comes to $38.94. There is five meal options to choose from and one of them is a premium option that you can add for an additional $3 per serving. These meal options are not usually vegetarian or vegan friendly.

I use EveryPlate in order to save money at the grocery store and have a great home cooked meal six times a week. I'm a single lady, heyyyy! I divide my meals into two, sometimes three, which will last me an entire week til my next delivery. It comes out to be cheaper to do this meal plan rather than going to the grocery store, because if you're anything like myself, I end up getting other things that are not just on my menu! I can't say no to deserts! When I use a meal plan like this, I also save myself from eating too many snack foods and I'm able to stay within my calorie goals. (I'm trying to lose some weight).

Herbed Chicken Cutlets with Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Zucchini

Compared to most meal delivery plans, sometimes you do not even get a side item. With this recipe, I got TWO! It was very easy to prepare this meal. You roast the zucchini and garlic in the oven, boil the potatoes, then cook the chicken. You also prepared a pan gravy style sauce for your chicken which was mmmm good. Promise.

Roasted Garlic

I love roasted garlic. The recipe called for a couple peeled cloves. I took the whole clove, cut off the top, and drizzled it with olive oil. It took the same time to cook as per the instructions, but it made these mashed potatoes the bomb!

The end results were delicious. I really enjoyed this meal.

I must add customer service is also easy to reach by chat that is open 24/7. I have contacted them at midnight with no issues. If there is ever an ingredient missing, they refund partial money for that ingredient. On these hot summer days, they make sure to pack it well. The boxes themselves could be a little sturdier, but they do add extra ice packs for these HOT days.

I highly recommend using EveryPlate. I have used higher end meal delivery services and I see no difference with using this one. There is another meal delivery service that is the same price as EveryPlate. However, their meals are not as flavorful and they do not give you as many ingredients. It is hit or miss with the pantry items you are supposed to have on hand. For example, they want you to have butter, but will provide you with flour. The other meal delivery service provides you with butter, but wants you have flour and eggs. I haven't had to use eggs for any of the meals in EveryPlate. So we'll see.

If you're interested in using EveryPlate for yourself, I have a referral code that allows you to receive $20 off your first meal subscription.
